Health and Well being Week|
As you can see from our pictures we had an amazing week. Not only did we try yoga, power hooping and an inflatable assault course but we also had a visit from Preston North End and Wigan Warriors. It was been great to see so many of us getting involved, having fun and also taking the time to rest and appreciate the beautiful world around us. We explored lots of breathing techniques and mindfulness activities too.
